Service Description: Supports seniors and vulnerable individuals to help them regain or maintain their independence * accommodates any level of care such as 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or as little as once a month * services can include:
      • assistance with activities of daily living
        • Bathing
        • Dressing
        • Personal hygiene
        • Medication reminders, premeasured medication use and monitoring
        • Mobility
        • Other routine activities of daily living


          • relief and support for caregivers including
            • Safety supervision
            • Social engagement
            • Respite care
            • Medication reminders
            • Home management and home safety
            • Overnight care
