Service Description: Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services
 
Caregiver Support Groups - Peer support and discussion for caregivers, including family and friends
 
Dementia education - Educational sessions to groups * learning series' for caregivers * annual conference for healthcare professionals
