Service Description: Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers
 
Adult Day Program - Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities in a group setting for a six hour day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * capacity 12 * for people with memory loss but a care program also runs as a day program serving people who have had a stroke and socially isolated frail seniors
 
Medic Alert / Safely Home Program - Helps individuals with Alzheimer's Disease or related dementia return home safely * personal information and a hotline number are engraved on a MedicAlert bracelet or necklace that’s worn full-time by a person with dementia * police can quickly identify them by calling the MedicAlert 24-hour Emergency Hotline 
 
Smiths Falls Office - Satellite office providing supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers
 
Support For People With Dementia and Caregivers - One-on-one support and group supports for caregivers, including family and friends * couples activities such as Minds in Motion which includes physical and mental exercise * Memory Cafe * Early Stage Group
 
Support Groups - Peer support groups, education to assist family members and care partners sessions may include information such as advanced directives and senior safety * may have guest speakers from various community resources as requested by the group
