Service Description: Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services
Education - Education * information booths * education workshops for individuals including Brain Health * speaking engagements on Alzheimer's disease or related dementias 
Elgin Satellite Office - Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers
Medic Alert Safely Home - Nationwide program designed to help identify the person who is lost and assist in a safe return home using engraved identification such as bracelets, necklaces, watches and more * allows police and emergency responders to identify the person who has wandered
Resource Library - Resources on Alzheimer's disease and related dementias available such as books, DVDs, Alzheimer's disease information, personal stories, and reference material

  • Brain Wave - Support/educational group for people with dementia in the early stage of the disease
  • Wake Up Wednesday - A group for people with mid-stage dementia * 3 hour group with planned activities * weekly meetings
