Service Description: Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services

Elgin Satellite Office - Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers
 
Medic Alert Safely Home - National register for persons with Alzheimer's Disease who have a tendency to wander * incorporates both Safely Home and MedicAlert services * a nationwide program designed to help identify the person who is lost and assist in a safe return home using engraved identification (bracelets, necklaces, watches and more) which allows police and emergency responders to identify the person who has wandered
 
Men's Caregiver Support Group - Support group for male caregivers 
 
Resource Library - Resources on Alzheimer Disease and related dementia available such as books, magazines, videos, Alzheimer information, personal stories, and reference material
 
Support Groups - Peer support groups, education and training assist family members, service providers and caregivers * sessions may include information such as advanced directives and senior safety
