Safely Home Alzheimer Registry -
National registry that helps people with dementia to return home safely if they become lost * information will be shared with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police only for locating a missing person * national website:
Caregiver Support Groups - Peer support groups, education and training assist family members, service providers and caregivers * sessions may include information such as advanced directives and older adult safety
Plate Mates - Social outing for people living with memory loss and their family and friends * group food and fellowship at a local restaurant
