Service Description: SMART is a FREE Exercise program for seniors who wish to improve their health and well-being, but feel unable to participate in mainstream fitness centres due to lack of rides, costs and health issues * goal of the exercise program is to improve or maintaing the participant's stamina, balance, coordination, strengthen certain muscles and improve their range of motion also giving them a chance to meet new people * group classes are geared to the participants own ability where they can work at their own pace * classes are held in multiple locations in Trenton* Please call for more information on class dates and times
