Service Description: Community based children's mental health programs and services:

  • prevention
  • brief services
  • counselling and therapy
  • family skill building and support
  • specialized consultation and assessment
  • crisis support services
  • intensive treatment services

Tele-mental health services is provided when needed for treatment planning * clients experiencing crisis will receive same day service * walk-in service is provided at the Brockville location only on Wed 11a.m.-7p.m. with the last appointment being at 5:30pm * additional walk-in services are available at all offices during the summer
Making Play Possible and Jump Start - Financial support for children and youth to participate in recreation activities regardless of the barriers they may face
  • financial support for registration, equipment or transportation costs
  • connections to recreational providers for families with special needs
  • support for children or families coping with mental health challenges that hinder participation
  • referrals to community services and other supports
Administers Jump Start - a Canadian Tire program that helps Brockville and Prescott low income families access sports activities

Application: Call * no referral required
Services start with a brief telephone intake where a single session consultation is scheduled in approximately 7-10 days of making a referral
