Service Description: Peer support groups, education, and training for family members, service providers, and caregivers * sessions may include information such as advanced directives and safety issues

Caregiver Coach - One-on-one assistance for developing plans to manage the impacts of caregiving on the caregiver's life

Group Support - Weekly online or telephone sessions to share stories, gain knowledge and get support from other caregivers

Webinars - One-time online learning sessions on various caregiving topics

Nurse Advisor - Helps collect and make sense of health history when preparing for appointments * communicates with care team

Counselling - One-on-one counselling for the caregiver or a person needing care with a qualified professional to manage negative emotions, such as stress, anxiety, conflict, guilt or grief * available online or by telephone

Respite Care - Temporary care for family members to provide the caregiver with a period of rest * personal care or companion care can be provided

In-Home Health Services - Dietetics, foot care, nursing by RNs and RPNs, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work, speech language pathology

Personal Care - In-home helps with bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding and other tasks

Companion Care - Trained in-home companions to do friendly visits, food prep, light housekeeping or accompaniment for errands and appointments

Virtual Visits - Scheduled calls and customized conversations for reassurance
