Service Description: Nursing and home support services provided to people in their own homes, retirement homes, long term care facilities and hospitals * care ranges from intermittent visiting to long term daily shifts * services are provided by Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Personal Support Workers and Home Support Workers under 24 hour nursing supervision
 
Advanced Infusion Clinic - Infusion medications administered in a clinic setting
 
Home Help and Homemaking - Home management services
 
Personal Care - Personal care services 
 
Respite - Respite service providing caregiver relief
 
Visiting Continence Nursing - Registered Nurses provide an assessment of bowel and / or bladder incontinence followed by a training, educational and exercise program to help clients control these symptoms
 
Visiting Nursing - Nursing care by Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses, on a visiting, or full shift basis:
 
Visiting Therapy - Therapy services including occupational therapy * physiotherapy * social work and dietitian services are provided in private homes or facilities 
 
Visiting Wound and Ostomy Consultant Nursing - In-home consultation visits to assess troublesome ostomies * teaching of self-care * and as well * assessment regarding non-healing wounds
