Service Description: Independent Living Services offers:

ATTENDANT SERVICES - OUTREACH provides attendant services assistance with daily living activities (rising/retiring, personal hygiene, meal preparation) to persons 16 years and over, in their homes on a regular basis

ATTENDANT SERVICES - SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM provides on site 24 hour attendant services assistance with daily living activities (rising/retiring, personal hygiene, meal preparation) to persons 16 years and over residing within the apartment complex.

ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY provides in-home and community based supports for the activities of daily living for people living with the effects of an acquired brain injury
