Asking about suicide and allowing an open discussion can offer tremendous relief to the person who is struggling. In fact, one factor that reduces the likelihood of suicide is having strong connections to friends, family and community. When you see someone showing signs of distress, nothing can be more important that talking directly about suicide.

Each one of us can make a difference and possibly save a life!
