South East Regional Elder Abuse Prevention Planning Network (REAP)
REAP is a network of organizations seeking to reach and engage agencies and staff across South East Ontario who provide services to seniors, for the purposes of networking, sharing resources and collaborating on local initiatives to address elder abuse.

REAP envisions a community that is safe, secure, respectful and supportive for older adults to live in and enjoy independence free from abuse.

Partnerships include, but are not limited to, the South East Community Care Access Centre, long-term care homes, home health provider agencies, community support services and organizations in support of older adults.  Learn more about REAP, its members and the structure of the elder abuse committees in the South East region .
