Family and Child Enhancement program provides opportunities to build upon current skills.
- Referrals to many partnering agencies
- Program includes: parenting, nutrition, cooking, household management, educational upgrading and job readiness skills to join or rejoin the workforce
- Licensed daycare is available

fee for the learning centre is covered by the referring agency
