Virtual and in-person support services for stroke survivors and their families
- Monthly Support Groups: Stroke Survivor Group, Caregiver Support Group, Couples Group and Young Stroke Group
- Conversation groups for people with aphasia
- Social and recreational activities
- Regional Stroke Education Series
- Seated rehabilitation/cognitive activities offered by Loyalist College occupational therapy/physiotherapy students and supervised by a registered occupational therapist
- Access and information about other community services
- Community information groups, art therapy and music therapy on a periodic basis
- Awareness and advocacy projects to increase awareness of the signs and actions to take in the event of stroke, and to improve services for stroke survivant.es in the community
