Service Description: Maternal child health programs such as Healthy Babies Healthy Children and Early Childhood Development * home visits to pregnant women and families with young children 0-6 * support to access the services they need and post-natal services * one-on-one parenting education * infant screening and baby assessments * monitors development of child and family dynamics * social programs for families
