Service Description: Assessments, interventions and support to students and families with mental health and or addiction issues such as alcohol, drugs and gambling

Consultation to school staff in regards to mental health and/or addiction issues as appropriate

Meetings: Ontario Health atHomet Mental Health and Addiction Nurses meet with students, family and/or school staff at the schools or at an alternative convenient site
Fees: Free
Application: Ontario Health atHome or school referral required
Eligibility / Target Population: Students affiliated with publicly-funded elementary and secondary schools who have mental health challenges or who have an addiction
