Service Description: Monthly support group meetings for people recovering from the effects of a stroke and caregivers * led by a trained facilitator * exchanges ideas, experiences and life strategies

Meetings: Brockville Meeting - Last Monday of the month 1:00pm-3:00pm
Perth Meeting - Third Monday of each month 1:00pm-3:00pm

Application: No referral required
