Service Description: Peer support groups, education, and training for family members, service providers, and caregivers

- Networking for people affected by Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia, to a community of learning, services and support * one-on-one counselling * caregiver support groups * referral to community resources by phone, drop in, or home visit * First Link Learning Series is offered regularly in various locations
  • First Steps program
  • Next Steps program for families only
  • care essentials for caregivers when care becomes more challenging
  • options for care is for caregivers contemplating placement into long term care
