Service Description: Human bodies and tissues donated to the Human Body Donor Program enable teaching and research activities and training of professionals in health-related disciplines

Fees: Free
Application: Write to the Human Body Donor Program * include a completed Direction to the Medical School Form and The Anatomy Act Form * may fill in form provided on driver's license * may included a statement in their will to authorize the donation
Eligibility / Target Population: The Department of Biomedical and Molecular Sciences will determine whether the body can be accepted for the purpose of medical education and research
