Service Description:

Prevention programs empower children, youth and/or parents to better address children’s mental health issues by changing attitudes and behaviours, building skills and competencies and/or creating awareness and resiliency
- Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) - education, support, advice, classes and resources for parents
- Babies and Beyond program - teen parents and moms-to-be earn high school credits while learning about prenatal health, personal wellbeing, child development, parenting, nutrition and breast feeding

Self-refer or professional referral by telephone, online, or virtual walk-in occur either through a referral or a parent and/or their children joining the program
