Addictions support for pregnant and/or parenting children under six years of age and experience problem with opioids (oxycodone, Percocet, heroin, Dilaudid, morphine)
- counseling
- in-hospital and in-home support visits
- parenting support and education
- care plan

- assistance with transportation, food and childcare
