Service Description: Case management/ system navigation support and advocacy for families of children or adults with an intellectual disability

Respite Services - hourly and overnight respite to families provided in creative and flexible ways * host family respite * group respite * leisure connections

Family Home Program - full time, long term supported living arrangements in a host family home family home

Fees: Free * some fee-for-service options are available
Application: Adult applications for service are facilitated with Developmental Services Ontario and eligibility determined by Developmental Services Ontario
Eligibility / Target Population: Families who have a member with an intellectual disability
Languages: English * French
Language Notes: Family Support services are available in French
Area Served:
Municipalities of Kingston, Frontenac Islands, South Frontenac and Loyalist Township, Lennox and Addington (under 18 only)
