  • medication guide to help make informed decisions about arthritis treatment plans

Arthritis Rehabilitation and Education Program (AREP) - Community-based rehabilitation program * physiotherapists, occupational therapists and social workers available * individual consultation and group education sessions

Additional clinics are available in Portland (Country Roads Health Center, 4319 Cove Rd)

Application: Self-referral or referral from health care provider for people with arthritis
Eligibility / Target Population: People of any age with any form of confirmed arthritis diagnosis and their families
