grave marking assistance for eligible Veterans * provides grave markers for
Veterans graves that have been unmarked for more than five years

Funeral and Burial Assistance - Application for funeral and burial assistance can be made by calling the national Last Post Fund 1-800-465-7113 within one year following the death of the Veteran
Grave Marking Maintenance - To inform Veterans Affairs Canada about an unmarked Veteran's grave or a military marker that needs work, or if you require additional information on Veterans graves, email cm-mc@vac-acc.gc.ca or call 902-626-2440
