Initial evaluation of mobility and seating needs of individuals with complex medical/physical issues * recommends appropriate wheelchair with custom seating products * clinic is overseen by Occupational Therapy and local vendors

Eligibility / Target Population:

In-patients and out-patients with complex seating needs such as pelvic/spinal deformity and/or pressure wounds that require custom molding and specialized intervention
This service is not for patients that have basic seating needs that don't require custom molding and specialized intervention
