Service Description: Early intervention program designed to give children who are born blind or with low vision specialized family-centred services from birth to Grade 1.  Managed through in partnership with KidsInclusive in Kingston, Ontario.

Fees: Services are covered by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS)
