Diagnosis, care planning, treatment (chemotherapy and supportive care therapies), follow-up, emotional support, and pain and symptom management * patients needing radiation treatment are referred to a regional cancer program * medical oncologist, pharmacist, registered nurses, registered dietitians, spiritual health care practitioners, volunteers and pain and symptom management nurse consultant
