Service Description:

Mobile in home health care provided by paramedics for patients that are not able to get out to their provider and their provider isn't able to visit them such as fragile patients and patients waiting for long-term care- COVID-19 swabs
- blook pressure and vital signs assessment
- urine dips
- flu shots
- wellness checks
- Electrocardiograms
- education to clients regarding their health
- blood work including INR (international normalized ratio)
