Service Description:
|
Supported independent living provides customized assistance to adults with intellectual disabilities to live independently in their own home
Supports range in intensity and can include advocacy, navigation of services, assistance with activities of daily living, household maintenance, developing and maintaining social connections as well as pursuit of interests.
