Service Description: Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * culturally appropriate services for Indigenous people

In-Home Nursing - In-home, complex care, shift or visiting nursing care

In-Home Personal Support - Supports for the activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping

Respite - Temporary relief for caregivers caring for people with complex medical conditions * may include homemaking, some personal care, light housekeeping, attendant care, and monitoring

Telephone Reassurance - Regular phone calls to older adults and people with disabilities who live alone, to check on their health and safety
