Service Description:

For-youth-by-youth mental health promotion and intervention organization
- Promotes good mental health and wellness, and contributes to early intervention of mental illness in youth aged 13-20
- de-stigmatization of mental health and mental illness issues by connecting youth with each other, and youth-friendly resources
- presentations
- 8-10 week support groups
- alternative, healthy and constructive activities for coping with stress (physical activity, social interaction and creative expression)
- in-school programming
- community-based programming
- virtual programs offered
