Service Description: Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner services
  • Assessment and treatment of acute and historical sexual assault and abuse and intimate partner violence
  • Support and services for victim/survivors of human trafficking
  • Forensic evidence collection, forensic photography and documentation as well as support for reporting to law enforcement
  • Education and prevention resources for families and youth, as well as referrals for required supports

Mental Health, Abuse and Trauma
  • Psychotherapy services for children and adolescent victims of sexual assault/abuse (short term support)
  • Family support
  • Psycho-educational group for parents/caregivers
  • Psychotherapy services not available for Quebec patients

Fees: Set fees * Covered by the Ontario Health Card
Eligibility / Target Population: Children and adolescents under 18 years
