Service Description: Works with people who experience disabilities to accomplish their goals and nurture communities where everybody belongs

Community Participation: opportunities for adults over 18 to engage in skills development, community involvement, employment, volunteer opportunities and recreational activities

Employment Supports: opportunities for career assessment, skill development, employment workshops, support to network and navigate the job market and interview process, short term job coaching and ongoing follow up supports for career development

Community Residences: residential setting for people with exceptional needs who require assistance in daily living * In this type of setting, an individual may share a home or apartment with one to five people, while having access to support 24-hours a day * All support is person centred to help each individual reach their personal goals

Eligibility / Target Population: Adults with developmental disabilities 18 years and older * Children's Respite is limited to individuals 8-18 years old
