Service Description:

Family Court Clinic providing assessments for the courts in areas involving the Young Offender's Act and the Child and Family Services Act * The assessments provide the family and court with an understanding of prevailing problems and recommendations based on the child/youth's best interest
Evaluation services include pre-trial, pre-sentence assessment and evaluation for custody and visitation rights for family courts
Works in three areas:
- When the youth charged under the Act on the criminal justice system for adolescents
- Situations involving the well-being of children
- Cases of custody and visitation
