$475 per 8 week session ( 2025)

Application:
|
Riders must fill out a referral form and make arrangements for a home visit where the rider is assessed, release forms are filled out and the program is explained. * Medical Doctor signature required on permission forms at the onset and each three years thereafter.

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Residents of the Ottawa Valley 3 years and older, who are physically and/or developmentally handicapped, or at risk for being developmentally delayed
