Service Description: Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services

Supportive Housing Program - 49 Apartment units with ancillary services to older adults * assistance is provided with Homemaking, Personal Support and Attendant Care for tenants to maximize independent and productive living in a supportive living environment of security and care

Emergency Response System (Computerized On-Site System) - Each tenant is provided with a button * when activated (wrist band or neck cord with button), tenants will have an immediate response by staff who are on-site daily 24 hours * on-site staff - crisis intervention is provided for all tenants

Meal Program - Meals offered at the Lodge include lunch and dinner * meals can be custom ordered to meet the tenant's need (lunch and dinner can be ordered daily or just a dinner meal can be ordered three times a week) and are delivered to their apartment in insulated trays * special diets available

Social/Recreational Program - Activities include social suppers, entertainment and card parties and a variety of social opportunities as movie nights, shuffleboard, quilting and guest speakers available to the tenants

Assisted Living Support - Offers 24 hour personal care to eligible tenants

Fees: Support services are free * rent geared to income * market rent * fee for meals
Application: Call for application * waiting period of 5-7 years
Eligibility / Target Population: Must be over 65 years of age * older adults

Language Notes: Translation services available upon request
