Service Description:

Treatment for eating disorders with access to a:- dietitian
- occupational therapist
- nurse practitioner
- psychiatrist
- social worker
- psychologist
- medical secretary
Group therapy including:- psycho-educational group
- recovery group * cognitive behavior group therapy program
- self-esteem group
- goal setting group
- family and friends group

Fees:

Treatment and assessments are free of charge to OHIP cardholders
Out of province insurance is also accepted
|

Application:
|
Referrals are accepted by a variety of health professionals
Particular medical tests will be required prior to assessment dates
Referrals should be directed to the Eating Disorder secretary 613-548-6095

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Assessment includes a comprehensive interview and relevant self-report questionnaires for the purpose of formulating diagnoses and treatment recommendations * the assessment requires approximately 1-1.5 hours
