Topics may include: Dealing with pain, arthritis medications, exercises to reduce stiffness, increase strength and improve fitness, new ways to be active and minimize stress on joints, coping with the emotional impact of arthritis, self-management strategies- online self-management courses
- assistive devices resource
- drug-free pain management tool
- support for childhood arthritis
- Flourish - Online health and wellness advice, self-management tips, inspirational stories
- medication guide to help make informed decisions about arthritis treatment plans
Arthritis Rehabilitation and Education Program (AREP) -
Community-based rehabilitation program * physiotherapists, occupational
therapists and social workers available * individual consultation and
group education sessions
Additional clinics are available at Kingston Seniors Center (56 Francis St) * Centennial Family Physicians and Kingston Family Health Team (2437 Princess St, Unit 200)
