Service Description:

Mental health groups and workshops rotate throughout the year
Topics include:- anger management course for men and women
- compassion fatigue for front-line workers
- healthy masculinity
- adult colouring drop in
- living life to the full and help navigate stressful life situations, celebrate success and work to prevent relapses and low periods
- anxiety and depression support group
- suicide first aid (ASIST)
- suicide bereavement group
- managing powerful emotions
- portfolio development, a formal document which defines learning acquired
- workplace skills
- mindful coping strategies
- support group for caregivers of adults who have mental health problems or illnesses
- psychological health and safety in the workplace
