Service Description:

Independent living supports to enable people with disabilities to live independently in their homes and in the community
- Supported Independent Living - assistance to people with an intellectual disability over the age of 18 to live independently in their own home and their community
- Children's Service - support to families and their child with a disability in their home * day respite
- Transitioned Aged Youth - support to transitioning adults who are in care of the Children's Aid Society and have a developmental disability
- life skills training
- social, recreational and leisure activities
- Seniors Initiative Program - support to elderly parents who are caregivers to developmentally challenged family members

Free with the exception of $33 for monthly transportation

New applicants are supported to go through an intake process with Developmental Services Ontario
