Service Description:
|
Supports for individuals with developmental disabilities * independent living for individuals in their own homes and daytime community supports * a division of Community Living Association Lanark County
On site supports including:
- computer use
- counselling
- recreation
- social programs
Programs are also available in Carleton Place and Perth
|

Application:

All referrals are prioritized by need through Developmental Services Ontario
The waiting period is on a case by case basis
|

This service is provided to 18 years of age and up with developmental disabilities
