Service Description: Provides 24/7 support to individuals who require more intensive support and supervision. 

Typically, several individuals reside together in each home with round the clock staff support.  *Focus of supports is assistance with activities of daily living with a focus on promoting independence where possible.  Additional focus is on community connecting/leisure pursuits, relationship building and assistance to identify and meet self-defined goals.

Fees: Free * some fee-for-service options are available
Application: Application for services facilitated and eligibility determined by Developmental Services Ontario.
Eligibility / Target Population: Adults with intellectual disabilities
Languages: English * French
Language Notes: Information about services provided in French
Some programs have French language staff
