Counselling is provided to individuals, couples and families who are experiencing personal or relationship problems- the focus is toward a better way of managing one's life and resolving one's problems
- counselling is provided on a fee-for-service basis
- limited subsidization is available for those who require it, geared toward income & ability to pay
