Service Description:

Program is designed to assist children from birth to age 5 who have an established, biological or psychosocial risk of developmental delay

child and parents are visited in the home by an Infant Development Worker to assess the child's development and to set learning goals for the child
during regular home visits, activities are suggested to help the child develop physically, mentally, socially and in self-help skills
