Service Description: Support for youth and adults with developmental disabilities to live, work and participate in recreation opportunities in their communities

Services are specialized for each individual's needs

  • recreation and leisure supports
  • employment supports
  • supported-independent living supports - help with daily activities to enhance independence living in one's own home
  • respite for caregivers

Fees: Free * some fee-for-service options are available
Application: Application for services are facilitated and eligibility is determined by Developmental Services Ontario
