Service Description:

Multidisciplinary assessment and intervention for disorders related to the nerves and muscles * follows the child's health and therapy needs from diagnosis until his or her transition to adult services * families also receive education, emotional support and assistance in accessing financial or other community resources

A referral is not required * The wait time is approximately six weeks
