Service Description: W E Hub (Women Empowered Hub)- A space to attend programming and workshops with the idea that empowered women empower women * focus is on food security and life skills * a safe space for all female-identified community members to come together (see FaceBook page for monthly program calendar)

Supportive Alternative Housing - six apartments funded under the Affordable Housing Program are offered to women and their families with support from Outreach Community Workers with life skills and personal development

Kaye Healey Homes Rent Geared-to-Income Social Housing - Duplex and triplex units in 12 locations and one 12 suite apartment building with support from Outreach Community Workers with life skills and personal development

Half Way House - Joyce Detweiler Community Residential Facility helps women with reintegration back into the community after incarceration and encourages engagement in programming offered by Elizabeth Fry Kingston, as well as one on one counselling with the Mental Health Worker

C.A.R.E. Program - Offers women who are in conflict with the law support through court accompaniment, referral and education to assist women with system navigation as well as emotional support

Fees: Set fees * rent supplement is available depending on the applicants monthly income
Application: Accepts non profit housing applications from the Housing Help Centre and the Social Housing Registry Program of Kingston and Frontenac
Eligibility / Target Population: Women over the age of 18 who demonstrate economic need and require support
