Service Description:

Medical care team coordinates patient care in order to assess and treat injuries or illness * team includes family doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses
- referral to specialty clinics
- preventative health
- flu shot clinics
- mental health
- dietary counselling
- specialty group programs
- breastfeeding and lactation consultant
- postpartum depression
- sexual health services including pregnancy tests and family planning
