Service Description: For persons 18 years and over
The Peer Supporters all have lived experience with mental health challenges or illness


Peer Support considers a whole person, and is not clinical * the role of peer supporters is to listen, provide emotional and practical support * people are accepted as they are and who they are without any bias or judgement

  • Workshops based in wellness and recovery
  • Social Recreation activities
  • Walking Group
  • Art and Crafts

Eligibility / Target Population: Adults 18 years and over with with mental health challenges or issues
