Service Description: Information to support existing private sector apartment buildings and other naturally occurring retirement communities (NORCs) in collaborating with public sector, not-for-profit, and private sector organizations to create a supportive living program for older adults that addresses challenges of nutrition, isolation, fitness and risk of injury in community-dwelling older adults
